I train 6-7 Days a week, following my PPL Program.
Training the way I do allows me to apply my method of “consistency and frequency”. Your bodies physique will replicate what you spend most of your time doing considering its a growing organism. If you pick things up and put them down all day, the muscles you use to do so will increase in size to make the task easier for your body to handle. Want to look like the 1%? spending 60% of your time doing what it takes will get you there.
